Elysa’s Candle Bar is currently 100% mobile, offering a fully curated candle‑making experience that is aesthetic, intentional, and unforgettable. Whether you’re planning a girls’ night, birthday, bachelorette, corporate event, or one of our specialty “Pour &…” sessions, we handle everything. You show up and pour.

How Booking Works:
- Choose your experience: Select between our signature mobile candle bar or a themed "Pour & ..." night.
- Choose your location: We come to you, your home, office, Airbnb, event hall, restaurants or any venue you choose.
- Reserve with a deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your date. Your deposit is applied toward your total.
- Final payment: Final guest count & balance are due 7 days before your event.
- We arrive & set up: We arrive 45-60 minutes early to prepare your space.
- Create your candle: The experience lasts about 1-1.5 hours, plus 60-90 minute drying time (where your "Pour & ..." experience happens).

Pricing varies by group size, candle size, and experience type:
Base Pricing:
$55-70 per person
Booking Deposit:
$150-$250 (applied towards your total)
Travel Fee:
May apply depending on distance from our service area (this will be communicated with you before you pay your deposit.)
Minimum Guests:
6-8 guests depending on the experience type

Choose the deposit option that matches your group size.
3. Complete your booking
Add the experience to your cart, choose your date in the booking calendar, and check out.
4. Watch for an email from us
You will receive a confirmation email with next steps and a request for event details, including:
- Event address
- Guest count
- Event type
- Date + time
- Your chosen Pour &… add‑on
- Optional cocktail/mocktail service
- Any scent sensitivities or allergies
Once we receive your details, your event date will be fully confirmed and scheduled.
Cancellation Policy:
To protect time, preparation, and materials required for your event:
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be rescheduled to a future date.
- Cancellations 3+ days before your event = Refund minus a 30% fee
- Cancellations 24-48 hours before = Refund minus a 50% fee
- No shows = No refund.
